Expenses That Are Not Eligible

The Vision Plan does not reimburse expenses for certain services and supplies, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Services or supplies not prescribed by a licensed physician or optometrist
• Care received before coverage was in effect
• Care for which there is no charge
• Any expense covered by the Medical Plan
• Any expense listed in "Expenses That Are Not Eligible" in the Medical Plan section, except for those specifically covered by the Vision Plan.
